wedding planning: the invitations!!!

i finally get to share our invitations with you today!!

i'm so excited. i've been dying to share them! i LOVE them.

a fellow blogger, kathleen, did our invitations for us. i am so grateful to her for putting so much time & love into them. they are exactly what i wanted. it's amazing how she took my inspiration boards & turned them into a perfect representation of all my thoughts & ideas. she is SUCH a huge talent.

sooooo onto the invitations.

i was going for a circus-y kind of feel, & i knew i wanted to incorporate a silhouette of me & levi into the design. levi created a silhouette of us from a photo that we took, & kathleen worked her magic from there.

she created the font & the map by hand.

we didn't actually use kraft paper envelopes, so i snapped a couple photos of the envelopes we did use:

super light icy blue for the outer:

and lilac for the RSVP:

i think they're perfect, & i can't believe they're mine!! i might even like them more than my dress...
